Use of Products

Stillwaters Farm makes no guarantees or warranty of effectiveness of its products.  All users are urged to seek the advice of a physician prior to engaging in use of a product containing essential oils, as they may adversely affect certain medical conditions or interfere with certain prescription medications.

Returns

Unopened merchandise may be returned within 5 days of receipt via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery conformation.  Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, and should be well-packed to avoid damage.

Refunds

Customers returning merchandise will receive store credit in lieu of cash refund. 

Damaged Items

Damage to any merchandise because of shipping should be reported immediately upon receipt for store credit.  Damaged items must be returned in order to receive these credits.  Reports of damage after the day of receipt will not receive credit.
