Come be restored. |

We’ll do our best to keep you updated on what’s going on around the farm! |

The grass is beginning to grow and the fields are lookin’ nice! We are COMPLETELY SOLD OUT of hay. Want to reserve your hay to be picked up in the field for next cutting? E-mail us now! |

Last year’s kitchen garden, while small, provided ample amounts of tomatoes, cucumbers, and fresh herbs. We are working hard to expand the territory so that, when spring arrives, we’ll be able to go “full bore” with a nice variety of fresh foods...just for the pickin’! |
|
Will we ever get around to putting some miles on these horses? Well, we’re hoping so. When other things slow down a bit, we’re hoping to give the horses—the mares at least, a little time on under saddle... |

Eureka!! We have completed phase I of the new and improved Stillwaters fence! We’ve replaced the temporary wire that divided the pasture from the yard as well as the frontage of the stud pen with sturdy three-board with wire mesh backing. It has been a LOT of work, but thanks to our good friend, Don, we have succeeded! We were also able to add a small pen w/barn behind the nursery for our goats. |
|
Phase I of the perennial garden is nearing completion. Just in time, too, as we got our first frost this week. Over the winter, we’ll work on more raised beds for next spring… |

UPDATE: We’re up and running with about 2/3 of the garden complete and growing. During the month of July, we should be able to finish it off and get a late start on some fall-yielding veggies. |
